Studio Rental Options

Full Studio — 4,000 sq ft

Max Capacity = 250

Best for large or public events

Ideal for:

  • Vendor markets

  • Ticketed events

  • Large celebrations

  • Performances and showcases

Pricing

  • Weekdays (Mon–Thu): Starting at $130/hr

  • Weekends (Fri–Sun): Starting at $150/hr

  • 3 hour minimum

West Studio — 2,500 sq ft

Max Capacity = 150

Best balance of space and value

Ideal for:

  • Birthday parties

  • Medium-size events

  • Small vendor pop-ups

  • Showcases and open rehearsals

Pricing

  • Weekdays (Mon–Thu): Starting at $100/hr

  • Weekends (Fri–Sun): Starting at $130/hr

  • 2-hour minimum (Fri-Sun)

East Studio — 1,200 sq ft

Max Capacity = 75

Best for smaller events and focused use

Ideal for:

  • Dance rehearsals & classes

  • Workshops & meetings

  • Small gatherings

  • Content creation, photo & video shoots

Pricing

  • Weekday (Mon–Thu): Starting at $75/hr

  • Weekends (Fri–Sun): Starting at $100/hr

  • 2-hour minimum (Fri-Sun)

What’s Included

All rentals include:

  • Professional dance floors

  • Privacy glass/window shades

  • Full wall mirrors

  • Basic sound system access

  • Restrooms

Kitchen Access

  • $50 flat fee

  • Outside caterers must provide insurance

Optional Add-Ons

Audio / AV

  • Basic sound system (Monster speaker/plug-and-play): Included

  • Pro QRS AV use (DJ connection, multiple mics, live sound): $75–$150

  • Staffed AV support (required for select events): $50–$75/hr

Add-ons

  • Tables: $10 each (6’ rectangle seats 6-8)

  • Chairs: $3 each (available in lots of 10)

  • Linens $5 each (black stretch tablecloth)

  • Insurance certificate processing: $150

  • After hours/early access: $60+/hr

  • Cleaning deposit: $200

  • Security or event staff may be required for select events

Booking Policies

  • Weekend minimums apply

  • Booking is confirmed once a deposit is received

  • Pricing may vary based on event type, size, and usage

  • Overtime is billed at the full hourly rate

  • Security may be required for select events. Events serving alcohol require security.
